1. About Infinium Aura
Infinium Aura operates an online store for premium fashion drops and related products. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Infinium Aura. References to “you” mean the customer or visitor using our platform.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Prices shown at checkout (including applicable taxes) are the prices that apply to your order.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly at support@infiniumaura.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Orders, pricing & payment
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order for reasons including stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or courier serviceability.
Payment methods shown at checkout (for example UPI, cards, net banking via our payment partner, or Cash on Delivery where enabled) are subject to verification. Orders remain unpaid until we receive successful confirmation from the payment gateway, except for COD where collection happens on delivery.
4. Product information
We aim for accurate photography, sizing guidance, and fabric details. Minor variations in colour, print placement, or finish can occur due to screen settings and production batches. Such variations do not automatically constitute a defect.
Limited drops may sell out quickly. Listing a product does not guarantee continuous availability.
5. Intellectual property
All brand names, logos, artwork, product photography, and site content are owned by or licensed to Infinium Aura. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection rights, courts in Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site.
